Since all homeowners will have a different Q number and different objectives., we believe in alternate fairness in which even for a late Q, they may benefit if those with a better Q don’t even understand what constitute a good housing unit and how to measure it. Does the pricing reflect a better housing hierarchy? The simple answer is NO. This is based on our analysis work since 2010 (www.raremerchandise.blogspot.com 2010-2015).
With a queue number in the middle and the “best stacks” snapped up, it was challenging to discern what was next best for us. Furthermore, there are many unknown future developments in the area, and it is difficult to predict or visualise the views we can get. Being able to simulate the future environment, SC’s digital model helped us to manage expectations by showing the best-case and worst-case scenarios, rather than purchasing with blind faith. We also appreciate his rigorous analysis based on data from established sources (e.g. Nparks/NEA/BCA/ HDB) regarding sun/heat/wind direction/resale prices and tree heights even. We’re not just impressed with his attention to detail but his patience and friendliness throughout the sessions. We feel that we walked away with way more value than the price we paid to engage him.
