How to engage your service?
Email us at "[email protected]" with your development name, unit type and selection date.
How long does it take to analyse?
Please allow at least 10 calendar days before your selection date.
What if we decided to give up the selection after reviewing the analysis results?
Full payment will be required unless otherwise agreed.
How do I make payment?
Payment detail will be provided once stage 1 material have been forwarded.
Payment can be made via e-payment (i.e. PayNow)
We will spell out the T&C (terms and conditions) in our email which will be included in the customized report to prevent future dispute.
All payment request will be issued with payment invoice.
All payment will be acknowledged with payment receipt for record.
Any discount for return customer?
For return homeowners who re-engage us within 5 calendar years will need to pay only S$200 for the next analysis (based on 'Most Popular' package).
Any Group Buy discount?
Group buy of more than 4 singles or with couples (minimum 4 selection) will enjoy additional 10% off current listed price.
All singles or with couples should be from the same development.
When should we engage your service?
We advise all to best engage us after you have confirmed on getting a queue number from HDB.
CAN WE PURCHASE YOUR 3D MODEL?
Currently we don't sell our 3D model as we have bigger plan for these models.
In the market, each development's model will cost no less than upwards of S$15,000 for a single development with accuracy less than 50% of what we have. as their models are not meant for analysis. 
We do from time to time on special request or strategic partnership, take on commission based modelling work.
