state court - a vr experience
Singapore Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon, State Court Presiding Judge Justice See Kee Onn and many more were awe inspired by our VR work for the future state court. Also caught up with ex colleague Ar. Tan Shao Yen who is the current (2016-2018) president of Singapore Board of Architects (BOA) which is a statutory board under MND.
our vr service
1. interactive multiple point multiple 360 experience
Users will be able to move around the inch accurate 3D model built by us with precise accuracy of the whole project or development at ease, zoom in and out for details, look around 360 degrees, experience the space, look through windows etc.
This option will allow users to look at potential conflict, anticipate the end results, details of work to be done and many more.
For end users who are not sure if the perspectives drawing shown by the interior designers are for real (usually it's being photoshop to enhance the appeal and expedite the contract signing), VR will help to validate and verify all details and project outcome and included in the contract to prevent future conflict.
2. 360 panorama for unbuilt projects
360 panorama will allow users to be stationed at 1 point and view 360 degree, up, down, left, right, front, rear. The quality and accuracy of the 3D modelling and rendering will allow users to see first hand the end result in advance and allow changes or altered to better the end results.
Rather than looking at a potentially (most likely) altered 3D perspectives, users will seperately get to verify the 3D model in terms of scale, measurement to immersively validate the spatial quality.
For end users who are in the midst of designing their home, 360 panorama will allow changes on material, colours, mood etc to be experimented and change before proceeding to build the end product.
